Individual Development
Our coaches are certified with decades of experience as leaders in human-centered organizations and can bring insight into complex organizational issues. As consultants for organizations navigating major changes, crises, and challenges, we bring that experience to support the complexity of each individual while at the same time recognizing that each situation is distinct and different.
We work with individuals at all levels of an organization. While we work with many organizational leaders, we also believe in the value of offering coaching whenever possible to anyone at any level of an organization. And so, we are happy to work with individuals and organizations to identify what coaching resources they might want to provide.
Examples of possible areas of focus and coaching are:

A coachee could do all of the above in their coaching relationship with their coach. They are not limited to just one. The goals of coaching are driven by the coachee.
